§ 82-117. Future connections to sewers; tapping fees.

Future connections to the public sewer that are unknown and not contemplated under the city's sewer construction program, requiring extension of the public sewer to the property to be served, shall be made, subject to the payment to the city of the tapping fee set by the utilities commission. Tapping fees shall be paid in addition to inspection fees at the time applications for sewer connection permits are made and shall cover the cost to the city for extending the public sewer to the property to be served.
