§ 22-147. Alcoholic beverages, narcotics or other drugs prohibited.

No person under the influence of narcotic drugs, barbiturates or central nervous system stimulants as defined in F.S. ch. 893 or who is under the influence of alcoholic beverages shall operate any aircraft at the airport.
