§ 22-56. Aerial survey and photography.

An FBO providing aerial survey and photography services shall:
(1)

Own or lease for the FBO's exclusive use an aircraft, properly certified and airworthy, with necessary supplemental-type certificates, capable of utilization as an airborne camera aircraft.

(2)

Lease from the city a minimum of 5,000 square feet of land on which will be located all required improvements.

(3)

Provide under terms agreeable to the city for the FBO's exclusive use a minimum of 400 square feet of darkroom, storage and office space.
